Yes — the desktop apps run entirely on your machine and don't need a network connection to work. They check in with the license server periodically in the background, and keep working through brief connectivity gaps without interrupting you.

We don't run an automatic refund window — the free trial exists so you can confirm an app is right for you before you pay. If something's gone wrong with a purchase, email us and we'll look at it case by case.

Deactivate the license on the old machine from inside the app's own Settings, then sign in and activate on the new one — the same license key works on any machine up to its activation limit. No need to contact support for a routine transfer.
